This is awful. Some schmuck in Philly wrapped a cat in duct tape, and presumably not to make the kitty water-proof. No, this was perpetrated by someone with a complete lack of empathy for our fellow creatures. And I'm not pointing fingers or anthing, but I'll go ahead and note that Michael Vick's NFL suspension ended 3 days ago. Okay, I am pointing my finger.
