Because you know, it's not like the House Energy and Commerce Committee subcommittee have anything important on their hands. But passing this bill is nevertheless appreciated. How much better would law school finals be if we had NCAA playoffs to look forward to on top of the NFL and fantasy football postseason ?!?!
