Boxing Metagame

So Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather are both kind of big deals in the boxing world, and there's a lot of hype for their upcoming fight in March. It's most likely manufactured hype given the popularity of boxing nowadays, but whatever. Mayweather's camp threw the first shadow punch by demanding Olympic level drug testing of the fighters, but Pacquiao refused, citing sufficiency of the normal testing regiment for boxers and something about superstitions involving getting stuck with needles. Boom - Mayweather wins right? Pacquiao's clearly hiding something, and Mayweather was keen enough to call him out. Until, that is, Pacquaio fired back with a proposed ten million dollar penalty for any fighter that tests positive. Mayweather has rejected the proposal, which could mean anything at this point; I wouldn't be surprised at all if this game of PED chicken ended in a hilarious double disqualification.
