When the Niners' management refused to pay him a salary commensurate with all the other Texas Tech superstar wide receivers that Al Davis didn't want but still knew that they were good enough to be drafted first even though they weren't, Crabtree had to bring out the big hitter:

When asked to describe Hammer's role in the negotiations, San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Singletary said, "He did this dance move...he looked really cool but he didn't have to take his pants off to do it...I saw the light."
