Turkey Week Edition of Pick Em

The townspeople awoke from the night to learn of a terrible accidents. On the train ride back from Harvard--Yale, two friends made a friendly wager about train-jumping techniques. Both were quite experienced, one with actual experience in premature train disembarcation and the other was classically trained as a gymnast. However, in their quest to shave a dozen seconds off the commute, both Stan and Kristen fell victim to the unrelenting concrete of Union Station.

    Sorry Bibler, but I'm going with Bungals to lose to the Jets and their hot dog-eating fiend of a quarterback. On the plus side, you won't be able to watch it since it's on NFL network.

    Pretty sure by jumping off a train Brett meant "picking the train wreck that is the Tennessee Titans to actually attempt to win a game at home against a team that just got blown out by 40"

    I kid.

    But I pick the Redskins to lose at home to the Childress-less Vikings. Try saying THAT 10 times fast!

    Picking the Lions to lose to the Pats. Meow meow. Choosing this game because this is probably the only one I'll be able to watch this week.

    I think this game will be close, as the Lions have a lot of talent and have something to prove and would love to upset the Pats in prime time. The Pats though are in a hotly contested division and need to keep up their winning momentum. Brady and Woodhouse - play your game! If Bellichick's game plan goes well, the Pats wiLl clear this hurdle this week and tame the uppity Lions.
