Denny Green seems to think so - despite the fact that the Dolphins already have 3 quarterbacks on their roster, one of whom seems to be there primarily to run the Wildcat, which I would imagine would be Vick's specialty right now. Maybe instead of having WRs out there, you can put Pennington, Vick, and White on the field at the same time, and watch zany hijinx ensue.
