Basically he thinks Graham Harrell is the nuts, and anyone who criticizes Harrell as a so-called system quarterback just can't coach: "How could you possibly look yourself in the mirror and consider yourself an NFL coach and not be able to teach a guy to run back three steps, five steps and seven steps?"
Maybe Leach is right, NFL coaches don't try hard enough to work with players that fail to plug and play into their system. But he could be spoiled too. For example, he hasn't tried to coach me. Or Dan Orlovsky.
