Three Cheers for people named Stan!

Yup, this will hopefully boost searches for people named Stan who are also awesome, much like my favorite Stan below. Yeah, he looks like a porn star in a turtleneck, but whatever.

Reason for his awesomeness? Sticking his neck out for the league leader in technicals while also potentially earning a retaliatory one for himself should David Stern get wind of these comments when asked about whether he has talked to the league office about the number of hits on Howard that don't get called:

“This is the system David Stern and his minions like it,” Van Gundy said. “So that’s the system you have…I certainly can’t have an opinion because David Stern, like a lot or leaders we’ve seen in this world lately, don’t really tolerate other people’s opinion or free speech or anything. So I’m not really allowed to have an opinion. So it’s up to him. He decides and he likes the system he has.”
